12.9.2004  Grokster  According to the Supreme Court's Docket Sheet, the cert petition in Grokster is scheduled for discussion during the Court's conference on Friday, December 10. So a grant or denial could come tomorrow afternoon or Monday morning, or be postponed until after the holidays. This renders PFF's seminar tomorrow on Grokster and the Supreme Court: The Case for and Against Consideration rather timely. P.S. (02:15 p.m.): A Friday announcement would be unusual.
